These terms govern your use of the What’s Your Number? platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
We operate a marketplace that introduces business owners to potential buyers and advisors. We are an introduction platform only. We are not a party to any transaction, do not act as a broker or agent, and do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Sellers must be an officer or person with significant control of the company they list, verified via Companies House. You are responsible for activity under your account.
When a seller grants you access, you receive confidential information subject to the click-through confidentiality undertaking presented at that time. Those obligations are binding and survive the end of your use of the platform.
Buyers and advisors pay a subscription; sellers list for free. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. One-off purchases (such as an advisor-search window) are non-recurring. Payments are processed by our payment provider; their terms also apply.
The platform is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that any listing, buyer, or advisor is suitable, or that a transaction will result. We don’t verify the commercial accuracy of information users provide beyond the identity checks described. You are responsible for your own due diligence.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts of other users or of any transaction you enter into.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, including where an impersonation challenge or abuse report is upheld.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
